All prices are quoted in South African Rands [ZAR] Payments made need to be done via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or cash on arrival. Reservations are confirmed by e-mail once availability has been confirmed. Final booking confirmation will only be guaranteed once valid card details have been received. A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount will be required to secure the booking. We reserve the right to release a booking if no deposit has been received within 7 days of making your reservation.

In the event of a No Show, we retain the right to not reimburse deposits received unless in special circumstances. We require a minimum of 72 hours notice of cancellation. This is applied in the event that we are unable to re-let the relevant accommodation in the time available. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to recover all of the overall costs concerned, whether contracted for verbally or in writing. With reasonable notice we will do all that we can to re-let the room and in the event that the accommodation was able to be re-let we would make a refund - less an administration fee. In the unlikely event that a booking has to be cancelled by us we will refund all monies paid and do our utmost to find you alternative quality accommodation in the area.


Arrival and Departure

CHECK IN time is from 14h00pm and CHECK OUT time is by 11h00am. Reception office is open from 08h00am to 20h00pm daily. Early or late arrivals and departures by arrangement only.

Tariffs quoted include amenities and a continental breakfast. No pets are allowed on the premises. A light dinner can be served upon request 12 hours in advance. All rooms are strictly Non-Smoking (a cleaning fee will be levied for non compliance).



Children up to 2 years of age stay for free
Children from 2 years to 12 years of age are charged half rates
Children from 13 years of age are charged adult rates
Only Jupiter, Mars and Venus Cottages can accommodate young children
Where practical older children will be allocated a room next to the parent/guardian.

We usually can accommodate special diets with a little help from you. Advance notice is required so that we can make any preparations. Prescription foodstuffs such as gluten free bread should be notified in advance. We do not normally make any additional charges for special dietary needs, but reserve the right to make additional charges for additional costs incurred.
